Click on the help (?) icon located on the tool bar or home page in the SpecVet application. A new ticket window will be opened. Please include a valid email address so that we can directly respond to your questions.
This is our preferred method for routine SpecVet support. A support ticket will be automatically created for you, as well as capture key data such as clinic name and current layout.
Email Us
We will respond to your email promptly and you should be able to follow the thread based upon the unique ID your case is given.

Call SpecVet Support at (877) 499-7732 & select option 2 for support. Leave a message with your name, hospital name, and contact telephone number.
Our support staff will contact you shortly after and respond to your problem or issue.
NOTE: This level of support is intended for significant failures or issues. Routine support such as setup questions, functionality questions & feature requests should be reported via email, phone or our support portal.
