SpecVet delivers flexibility, consistency and accuracy like no other software, and the same goes for our customer support. Most of our competitors developed their product in a software house with little knowledge of the workflow needed in a busy ER/Specialty Practice. Because of this they tend to offer email-only customer support with feedback limited to the functions of their software platform, not how a customer is using it.
 
SpecVet is available online, on the phone, in person when needed, and after hours when necessary. We also have a comprehensive library with video tutorials and articles.
